I am passionate about using hypnotherapy to help ordinary people, just like you, to bring about the change they want. I provide a fully confidential service, you can be assured that your privacy is as important to me as it is to you. Each hypnotherapy session is carried out in a warm safe environment. Whether you just want to lose weight, overcome a phobia or something more complex you can be assured you are in safe hands. As we are all individuals, generic approaches only work so far and so all sessions are tailored to the individual to ensure the optimum success.
So why am I so passionate about hypnotherapy?
The first book I read about hypnotherapy, I picked up in out of curiosity while killing time in a book shop way back in 1990. I was immediately gripped and need to know more and so bought that book. Over the years I read many books on the subject and it clear to me that hypnotherapy can help many people who just can't seem to resolve their issues through other methods. I decided that hypnotherapy was how I wanted to earn my living when the time was right.
Once my children had grown and the time looked right for a career change, took a diploma in hypnotherapy and counselling skills. I chose one of the longest hypnotherapy course I came across. Entailing 8 essays, 2 practical pass or fail assessments, 3 full case studies and at least 50 hours of verified practice. All designed to show a good understanding of hypnosis and how to use it for hypnotherapy purposes. I could of course, completed a much shorter course but there is no substitute for good training and I feel confident I can help you achieve the change you want.
