About me

Unfortunately I am not taking on new clients at the moment.

If you are looking to bring about change quickly and effectively then I can help. You will find that I have an enthusiastic passion, which motivates me, to use hypnosis to help people improve their lives. I enjoy working with people who are determined to bring an end to their problem, if you choose to work with me, you will find change comes quickly and efficiently. I don't believe in wasting time so I use fast decisive methods to bring about the change you want.

My experience along with my Diplomas in Hypnotherapy and EMDR puts me in an ideal situation to help you make that change in your life that you want. Goals and dreams that may seem beyond your grasp may well be easily within your capabilities. Whether you want to stop smoking, conquer a phobia, get over anxiety, or you suffer from PTSD or much more, I can help you make that change in your life for the positive. As we are all individuals, generic approaches only work so far and so all sessions are tailored to the individual to ensure you have optimum, fast and lasting success.

Why am I so passionate about hypnotherapy!

The first book I read about hypnotherapy, I picked up in out of curiosity while killing time in a book shop way back in 1990. I was immediately gripped and need to know more and so bought that book. Over the years I read many books on the subject and it clear to me that hypnotherapy can help many people who just can't seem to resolve their issues through other methods. I decided that hypnotherapy was how I wanted to earn my living when the time was right.

Once my children had grown and the time looked right for a career change, took a diploma in hypnotherapy and counselling skills. I chose one of the longest hypnotherapy course I came across. Entailing 8 essays, 2 practical pass or fail assessments, 3 full case studies and at least 50 hours of verified practice. All designed to show a good understanding of hypnosis and how to use it for hypnotherapy purposes. I could of course, completed a much shorter course but there is no substitute for good training. Working together I am confident we can do great things and bring about the change you want.

I have continued to train, undergoing regular constant professional development including a diploma in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). A very effective tool when combined with hypnotherapy.
