It is important to remember that however much you may be in distress, what you are experiencing is a sequence of negative events locked in a particular moment in time. With help, this period will pass.

I am a partner at the North London Stress Management Centre, located in the heart of Muswell Hill London N10 within easy reach of Hampstead, Highgate, Bounds Green and Crouch End

Utilizing hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) REBT, Gestalt psychology and (where appropriate) NLP, I have successfully treated clients from all walks of life who have suffered from depression, post-traumatic stress, insomnia, phobias, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorders and cannabis addiction.

A former professional musician, I have made considerable inroads into the treatment of Focal and Embouchure Dystonia (a supposedly incurable neurological condition) treating performers from some of the world's leading rock bands and
orchestras. I also specialise in helping actors and musicians who have problems including stage fright, performance anxiety and drug dependency.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Educated in England and Australia, I received my diploma in Hypno-Psychotherapy from the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and have been practising since 2004. I am a full member of the National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists (NRHP) and adhere to their code of ethics.

I am also a registered practitioner with the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine (BAPAM)
