Whether you're wanting to make a few adjustments to an already contented life, or are in desperate need of help, my aim is to facilitate your full recovery in the very shortest period of time, empowering you to live your life to its greatest potential – the life you deserve to lead.
It is important to remember that however much you may be suffering, what you are experiencing is a sequence of negative events locked in a particular moment in time. With help, this period will pass.
I am a partner at the North London Stress Management Centre, located in the heart of Muswell Hill London N10 within easy reach of Hampstead, Highgate, Bounds Green, Crouch End, Arnos Grove and Southgate
Utilizing hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) REBT, Gestalt psychology, Neuro-linguistic Programming and (where appropriate) EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques, I have successfully treated clients from all walks of life who have suffered from depression, post-traumatic stress, insomnia, phobias, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorders, alcohol and cannabis addiction.
A former professional rock musician, I have made considerable inroads into the treatment of Focal and Embouchure Dystonia, a supposedly incurable neurological condition, treating performers from some of the world's leading rock bands and orchestras (these sessions are usually delivered worldwide via SKYPE)
I also specialise in helping actors and musicians who have problems including stage fright, performance anxiety and drug dependency.
As a previous smoker, I am delighted that my unique three-session Stop Smoking and RELAX programme, combining 1:1 sessions with a series of personalised recordings and daily POWER meditations has helped countless numbers of people to quit smoking and actually enjoy the transition to great new lives!
Feel free to contact me during office hours for a friendly, informal chat. I look forward to hearing from you.
