About me

I’ll help you master new, empowering ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. Let go of unwanted habits, anxieties and fears, live a happier, healthier life and be the person you always wanted to be!

My professional career began as a Nurse, and it was during this time that I first became interested in the relationship between the mind and the body. I realised that an individuals health, happiness and wellbeing were influenced by their thoughts, emotions and behaviour. By using a combination of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural interventions and NLP, I can help you gain control over the way you live your life.

“Lynn Ward is an exceptionally professional, diligent and highly skilled hypnotherapist. Her empathy and manner set you at ease immediately and her warmth shines through in all that she does. I unreservedly recommend her to anyone seeking the services of a thoroughly qualified, experienced and dynamic hypnotherapist.” - Adam Eason, Hypnotherapist, Author, Trainer.
