I trained with the Kent institute of clinical hypnotherapy gaining Diplomas in Hypnoanalysis and Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy. I am also registered with the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP )
I adhere to a professional code of standards and I am fully insured with protectivity insurance.
After completing an advanced training course with Terence Watts (Serious work for Serious Issues), it has given me a deeper insight and a better understanding of more complex issues.

This can be done over the phone and this service is free, (10 mins) during this call I will gather some personal details and information.
if you prefer to visit me then that can be arranged also.
This will be information gathering and you can experience the wonderful relaxed feeling that, Hypnosis can offer, this session is £70.00 and last approx, 60 mins. ( self worth and confidence therapy) allowing you to benefit from this first session, taking your first step at taking back control of your life.
I now offer zoom so if you are interested in any of the services I offer but can not travel to me then, please do get in touch.
Subsequent sessions are charged at £70.00

In most circumstances you will usually forget or suppress the cause of your depression because of the association with negative feelings. It’s not difficult to forget an event on a conscious level, but it is on a subconscious level. This is why it’s best to confront the issue head on, rather than burying it, which can worsen your depression.
Hypnotherapy connects directly with the subconscious mind. Your hypnotherapist will address your perception of the event that has caused you to become depressed with the aim to improve your self-esteem, mood and help you gain your independence back.
Quit smoking cessation - This can be achieved in just one session. £190.00 - 120 mins. ( £80.00 deposit needs to be paid on day of booking, non refundable)
You can pay by cash on the day of the session. Bank transfers are accepted too but I ask that the payment must be made while you are with me at the start of our session.

For those who need the comfort of their own home, I offer a mobile therapy service covering Medway: Rochester, Gillingham, Strood, Chatham, Rainham and surrounding areas.
There will be extra cost involved for my, mobile therapy service.
