£60.00 per session

I offer a FREE initial consultation (which lasts 50 to 60 minutes), with no obligation to book further sessions.
This is an opportunity for you to meet me and gain an understanding of the process of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and how our brains create a wide range of unwanted symptoms and behaviours. You will have the chance to explore how you would like your life to be, how we can work together to achieve your preferred future and you can also ask any questions. A FREE hypnotherapy relaxation CD, which is part of your therapy, is also provided.
Thereafter sessions are charged at £60 per session.
The exception to this is the stop smoking session where the cost is £120 for a single one and a half to two hours session. There is no need for an initial consultation for the stop smoking session.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card and is payable at the end of each session.
On average clients need between 8 to 12 sessions for general therapy.
Treatment for phobias will require an initial consultation and 3 further sessions.
Stopping smoking requires only 1 session.
