I use an integrative approach including hypnotherapy, counselling, psychotherapy and life coaching to help clients. I believe that in order to be most effective, it is important to be flexible and take into account the client's personality, preferences and needs.

Hypnotherapy £40 per session
Initial consultation £25, during which a treatment plan will be agreed.
Smoking cessation - initial consultation followed by one-off session.
Total price £120
Counselling & Psychotherapy, £35 per session.

Flexible locations offered. I have treatment rooms in NR13, NR29 and NR14. Or arrangements can sometimes be made to see clients in their own home.
