I was introduced into the world of Neuro-Linguistic Programming & Hypnosis when I first met my husband, Chris, back in 2007 and I've been hooked ever since! I continue to invest in learning only from the very best in the field of personal development, which means learning direct from the source of excellence, Dr Richard Bandler, and his previous apprentice, Paul McKenna, plus Dr Bandler's chosen Master Trainers with the Society of NLP.
In 2012, Paul McKenna & Steve Crabb introduced us to 'Havening' and in 2013, Chris and I trained direct with Dr Ruden (the creator) and Paul to learn The Havening Techniques - a scientific and very powerful way to detach yourself from past traumas, distressing memories, fear, panic and more. It's a honour to be amongst the first 20 Certified Havening Practitioners worldwide, and to have been personally chosen to facilitate and assist at the training events in London, May 2014 and USA New York in October 2014, with the geniuses Dr Ron Ruden & Dr Steven Ruden. We are also assisting and presenting at the first ever Havening Techniques Training event in Los Angeles in October 2015 alongside the Dr's Ruden, Paul McKenna and team.
Using a unique blend of NLP, Hypnosis and Havening, you can now let go of the past even easier, giving yourself the space and freedom to create a better, brighter future.
Many of my clients are from referrals in the local area (Kent, Sussex, Surrey & Essex), and more recently this has extended to nationally and internationally.
Why See Me?
Because I have personally overcome many fears, anxieties and traumas and if I can learn how to do this, you can too. All of these were in my mind and yet they were so 'real' I allowed these fears/thoughts/feelings to get out of control until I learned how to change my state of mind and gain personal freedom.
You may or may not realise just how powerful our minds are. As a result, there are many people who spend much of their lives in 'unnecessary states' and by that I mean, in states of stress, anxiety, panic, fear, depression, being the 'victim', living in the past, blaming others, feeling stuck and helpless etc, instead of choosing to be in a better state, such as a state of 'just being', excitement, curiosity, adventure, calmness, motivation, happiness, peace and enjoying living in the moment. This is simply because we are not taught at a young age about how our minds work and many of us go through our lives with limiting negative beliefs, running bad memories over and over again instead of thinking on purpose, and not being aware that we can change and remove the unnecessary programmes that we run in our heads, often very quickly.
My mission is to teach as many people as I can just how easy it is to be in the right mind-set, to overcome stress, anxiety, fears and phobias and how to enhance your own life so you get the most out of it and more!
A Change From The 'Norm':
Your session(s) will be held in a little haven of serenity, tucked away in the prestigious high street in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent. It's the place where you can just switch off from the outside world and focus on making your life better. It's all about YOU. I can also see clients in Los Angeles, USA by appointment.
Sessions may include a variation of Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), The Havening Techniques, Neuro-Hypnotic Repatterning (NHR), Design Human Engineering (DHE), and Life-Style Coaching. I also work with clients who want Sports Performance Coaching to improve their game and take themselves to the next level and beyond, along with actors and musicians to overcome stage fright and supercharge their confidence!
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis/hypnotherapy is safe and a completely natural state of mind.
- Anyone can be hypnotised if they want to be
- You cannot be made to do anything you don't want to do
- You cannot be made to reveal secrets or personal information
- You cannot stay trapped in a hypnotic trance
- You can end your hypnotic trance whenever you want
We all regularly experience hypnotic trances throughout the day, lasting from a split second to several minutes or more. Think about when you are driving your car; how many times have you driven part of the journey and not remembered it? When you are watching TV; how often do you 'drift off' and the miss a chunk of the programme? And when you're reading a book and you're totally engrossed in the book that everything else going on around you is totally non-existent? These are all examples of being in a trance. Your conscious mind switches off but your unconscious / subconscious mind continues to work, keeping you perfectly safe.
When you are in a hypnotic trance and a relaxed state, this is the ideal time to speak to your sub-conscious mind because you are more open to suggestions; with no interference from your conscious mind!
What are The Havening Techniques®?
Havening is a scientific approach in making measurable physiological change to the landscape of the brain. It's a proven Psychosensory Therapy that works directly with the limbic system and the amygdala, allowing you to remove at a neurochemical level encoded traumas, fears, anxieties, mental blocks, negative emotions, distressing memories, flashbacks and more. - Clients are taught how to make rapid personal change using advanced methods and techniques and therefore usually 1-3 sessions is all that is required.
- Clients are required to make payment in advance to secure their appointment(s).
- Payment options are via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
- PLEASE NOTE: I only work with clients aged 21 and over.
Whilst my husband Chris and I work with clients individually, we also welcome the opportunity to work together with clients when the opportunity presents itself and we are also happy to travel overseas to see you if you are unable to see us in the UK (travel costs and fees apply).
