Do you have an issue you would like to change?  Want to feel in control of your life?

ZOOM OR FACE TO FACE SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE. I OFFER YOU A FREE 20 MINUTE CONSULTATION TO INVESTIGATE YOUR ISSUE IN DEPTH.

I specialize in Anxiety of which there are six types:

·       Generalised anxiety disorder (GAD) A person may feel anxious on most days, worrying about lots of different things, for a period of six months or more.

·       Social anxiety/low self-esteem. Avoiding groups, situations or people that are unknown to you. Not feel you are good enough

·       Specific phobias. The most common being heights, spiders, needles or being sick although there are countless others.

·       Panic disorder. Fight, flight or freeze leading to overwhelming sensations like rapid heartbeat, over-breathing, heat etc.

·       Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) Feeling the need to do something over and over again as a way of overcoming the anxiety. Typically hand washing but there are many others.

·       Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Being the recipient of a traumatic experience, which plays over and over in your head.

Below are a couple of endorsements from people which it has been my pleasure to have helped:

Increased confidence

A combination of hypnosis and cognitive behavioural therapy may help you move forward into a more positive and happier place.

Hypnotherapy is a non invasive, gentle therapy enabling your subconscious mind to make changes at an deep emotional level.

Cognitive behavioural therapy helps you tackle issues by identifying the thoughts that may lead you to sabotage all your efforts to change at a more conscious, logical level.

Together these therapies are really powerful.

I also use Thought Field Therapy (TFT) which is likened to acupuncture without needles.

Each session is personalised to ensure that you achieve maximum success.

For a free initial consultation just contact me on 01908 265410/07947 535395 or e-mail leigh@setyourmindfree.co.uk

Sessions take place in my comfortable therapy room in Gt. Holm, Milton Keynes or online via ZOOM.

I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR); The National Council of Psychotherapists and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.  Being accepted as a member of these bodies means that I have been fully trained and that I am fully insured.

I look forward to helping you.

The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
