As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, I work with many of the typical issues you would expect, and I love working with people and helping them change as we do.
For me, many life issues can become invasive, when left unchecked, which at best can leave us feeling life is like an uphill struggle, and at worst, could potentially become debilitating in everyday life, holding us back, causing poor health, dragging us down. Typically I see clients who are experiencing anxiety, stress, confidence issues, weight problems to name but a few!
When life throws us a curve ball, most of us can handle it with relative ease. It only becomes a problem when it is combined with a succession of other events, which can leave us feeling overwhelmed, a bit like a full glass of water, where one more drop and the water flows over.
Within just a few sessions, I aim to help my clients begin to notice a positive difference, and for some clients, that change is enough. For others, they progress onto coaching, allowing them to move their lives on the way they want.

There are many reasons people turn to hypnotherapy, and when they do, they are looking for answers, resolutions, quick fixes. Whilst we, as hypnotherapists cannot guarantee results, we can help to make a difference to those who really are ready to change.
My aim, when seeing clients is to de-hypnotise them!
I know – bizarre as it may seem, we can become blinded by the issues that we face everyday. I find that, usually, the issues that my clients come to me with have been with them for so long that they are almost a part of who they are…a habit, a behaviour, a response, that they are unaware of…until now. They can then begin to understand the potential problems it is causing them.
The real value I can bring is to help my clients to become more happier, more healthier and possibly more comfortable with who they are
I only work with clients who are really ready to do what it takes to make the changes they need to - and when they do, I love the results we can get. And it can be very deep and powerful work which means that the effects could have positive effects in other areas of their lives.

I charge £150.00 per session or £480.00 for a block booking of 4 sessions. Each session takes 60 -90 mins depending on what is being covered, so completely personal.
I work primarily on a Saturday from a home office. Most of the clients I see are experiencing stress, anxiety or fear of some kind, and having some experience of this myself, I can completely empathise that sometimes you just need an objective view.
