You will receive a recording of your first session to continue re enforcing the positive suggestions at home.

I qualified as a hypnotherapist at the Anglia School of Hypnotherapy where I achieved a master practitioner diploma in hypnotherapy and NLP. I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register.
