Are you looking for change but finding it difficult? Hypnotherapy has a proven track record in helping people successfully beat procrastination, lose weight, stop smoking, lose social anxiety, increase confidence and much more. It helps to have a vision of how you would like to be!
I work with people who desire change and progression and am known for asking incisive and open questions to challenge how you see the world which in itself invites changes that will seem effortless.
Because of my credentials in Psychotherapy/Counselling, Hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching and mindfulness studies, I am equipped to serve you in the most optimal way. Better health, more harmonious relationships, goal oriented, greater motivation, freedom from worry and anxiety and a more confident mindset. I have also recently trained in a new therapy, BWRT (www.bwrt.org) and this can help people with change in as little as one session! The results to date have been incredible.
My track record has illustrated how effectively I work with people who reach a greater sense of peace of mind and knowledge about themselves and as a result, feeling clearer about life.
I’m a warm, supportive listener who draws upon education, experience, providing a safe space towards effective change for you. I will help you re-align your life concerns. The testimonials below give you some idea as to what people have gained from working with me.
I am creating a mini e-course for those who have experienced relationship breakdown and if you are interested in this either as well as or instead of ongoing therapy, please let me know.
I have also created a 12 week interactive course that may help support you between sessions.
If you feel something is missing, or you just feel a sense of discomfort, don’t suffer in silence, contact me and I can help you.
