Are you fed up with dieting but still want to lose weight? Then gastric band hypnotherapy may be just the thing for you! Gastric Band Hypnotherapy is a method used to convince your subconscious mind you have undergone actual gastric band surgery and therefore have a smaller stomach. Because your subconscious believes this to be the case, it will make sure that you eat less - simple!
This clever technique allows you all of the benefits of having a gastric band fitted without having to go through the trauma of surgery or suffering from the associated side effects.
However, there is no point in fitting a gastric band if the underlying problems are not addressed so its important that this is the first step in the hypnotic gastric band treatment programme. By using a combination of Cognitive Behaviour techniques and visualisation it is possible to address the emotional and psychological reasons why you over-eat. Once this is dealt with, we will move on to the fitting of the gastric band, which can also be adjusted that any time you like.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
Ive worked in the field of Learning & Development for the last six years, specialising in management development training and coaching and have always had a fascination with people and the workings of the human mind.
I stumbled across hypnotherapy after signing up for a course in Advanced Psychotherapy, of which hypnotherapy turned out to a significant part, and our main focus for the first 12 months. Entering into the world of hypnotherapy sceptical but open minded, I was pleasantly surpised to find that hypnotherapy is actually based on common sense and that it can make a massive difference to peoples lives (and also how far removed it was from the mystic land of stage hypnotism there wasnt a swinging pendulum in sight!). I am a registered member of the Hypnotherapy Society.

Fees
I offer free telephone or face to face consultations (up to 30 minutes in length).
The hypnotic gastric band treatment plan is £350 for up to six sessions and audio cds.
All other sessions are £65 for the first session and £50 for any additional sessions.
