I use a powerful therapeutic combination of solution focused psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. Why is this so effective? The solution focused psychotherapy helps us reconnect to new ways of thinking, possibilities and solutions that are right for you!
Hypnotherapy enables the change on patterns of expectation and therefore behaviour, it allows us to set up and rehearse success!

What is my background?
I started life in the business world, working as a trainer and mentor. It was when I became a mother to my daughter 5 years that I went on my search to find out why there are times we could easily make changes times when we could not. Through my studying I found out that depending on where, you are in your life, your experiences, your support network, your environment, your mind body connection can greatly affect your ability to overcome life’s hurdles and this is when mostly clients seek help. Via my therapy, in these instances, I could help clients make the changes they wanted to.
Question: What can I expect when I book a session with you?
During your free consultation if you decide to go ahead with the treatment we will book in an hours session at one of my Hove or Portslade studios at a time convenient for you. If a home visit is needed this can be arranged. The first half of your session will be focused on solution-focused therapy and the second part of the session I will be using hypnotherapy.
What will happen during the session?
The session is informal but I do ask you fill in a short form to start with. We then will chat about what you need to change; a brief history and a general gathering of information about your resources. I use a combination of solution-focused therapy, hypnosis, nutritional information and the basic human givens approach.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on the issues you want to resolve. Sometimes with stopping smoking, a one off phobia or specific event anxiety; can be resolved in one session. However, with long-term high anxiety states, depression and other issues that may take several sessions and in some cases more. Most of my clients remark on the instant changes they notice after the first session.
