I do not believe in a one size fits all approach and tailor a program specific to the my client's needs meaning that therapy is personal and therefore likely to be much more effective. During therapy we will work together to help you find the skills, abilities and resources to overcome your problem's.
My practice is based at my home office in Coalville meaning that it is a private, safe and warm environment.
I studied under the highly regarded Rod Piggott at the College of Transformational therapy and hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Hypnotherapy practitioner's Diploma, NLP practitoner certification and a Certificate in Life Coaching. Since qualifying I have continued my development as a therapist, attending many specialist masterclasses including Advanced Weight control and Hypnotic Gastric banding and Pain management amongst other's. Earlier this year I became the first Hypnotension Practitioner in the Leicestershire and Nottingham area. Hypnotension is the Hypnotherapeutic treatment for primary hypertension (high blood pressure). My knowledge in the field of Hypnotherapy has seen me invited in as a guest speaker at Loughborough College.
I first became interested in Hypnosis as a young child while watching Paul Mckenna on television. This soon became a fascination and then evolved into a passion. With a strong desire to help others a career as a Hypnotherapist seemed the most natural path to take.

Fees
My Fees are:
£50 per session
£120 Stop smoking, this is an hour and a half session and includes a free follow up session if required.
£250 for Life/Sports coaching booked in blocks of 5 sessions
£300 for Four session Hypnotic Gastric band weight package, includes a copy of my free subliminal weight cd
Further Information
I am not far from Junction 22 off the M1 and have a few bus routes less than a 10 minute walk away,I am situated only 15 minutes walk away from the town centre. This means I am in a perfect position for people from all over Leicestershire and especially the surrounding areas of Coalville to access me.
