Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Dentistry, Confidence, Weight Control
Using a range of methods, including hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, counselling and coaching, I specialise in helping people who suffer from stress, lack of confidence, anxiety in all its various forms, including the debilitating problem of depression that these anxieties often cause. The very real fears of visiting a dentist, taking an exam, learning to drive are all issues that can be helped.
Make your New Year's resolutions a reality. We all start out with the very best of intentions, but before too long our resolve is broken and we gradually give in to our old ways. With my help, I can give you the tools to manage your own resolve and really succeed in all your aims.
Weight control, can prove to be a major obstacle in many peoples lives (whether gaining or losing), is dealt with in a holistic manner, including advice on dietary needs and even a simple easy to follow exercise regime. (even if you are not fit yet).
LGBT Caring. LGBT issues are often misunderstood and can cause anyone concerned considerable problems. All matters concerning gender, sexual preferences, lesbian and gay issues are treated in a caring, considerate, understanding, private and confidential manner.
Training, qualifications & experience
I discovered the amazing effectiveness of hypnotherapy more than 35 years ago, when as a serious smoker of more than forty a day, I sought hypnotherapy to stop. It worked for me in just one session. (I really wanted it to work for the sake of my young son).
I gained an honours, studying with the Belmont Hypnotherapy Centre , the official training centre for BAThH, Britain's oldest established Association for professional hypnotherapists, and continued my studies with The Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, and also qualified as a BWRT Professional Therapist, WSN Level 2 Psychotherapy, Counselling and Coaching.
I am a member of and overseen by the following professional organisations:
IBWRT, The Institute of BrainWorking Recursive Therapy
APHP, the Association of Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapists.
HA, the Hypnotherapy Association.
WSN Counselling and Coaching.
I am registered with and overseen by the CNHC, which is the Professional Standards Authority Accredited Register.
