My approach is called Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherpay (CBH). This is an “evidence based approach”. Which is just a fancy way of saying that I base my approach on the most effective therapeutic tools as shown by years of research.
When we go to the Doctors. We would expect to be provided with the most effective treatments from research. I believe the same is true for therapy.
