It is my personal belief, that everyone SHOULD have the best life possible and that we CAN all have a more positive experience of life.
Typically though, with all the pressures and demands of everyday life we get caught up in the drama and loose sight of the reality… managing and coping with everyday stress can sometimes get too much.
Experiences we have throughout our lives determine how we perceive the world and our place within it. It also determines how we react and respond to our environment and what is happening around us.
Negative experiences impact our behaviour, and the way we feel about ourselves, and can have devastating effects on our lives; leaving us feeling worthless, useless and unlovable.
Recognising there is an issue is the first big step, knowing there is support and asking for help is the next…
It is through the use of hypnotherapy that I was able to create a better, more enjoyable and meaningful experience of life for myself. So much so, that I wanted to become a hypnotherapist so I could share it with anyone who would like to create a better life too.
Regardless of what may have happened to us in the past, our future need not be dictated or defined by these experiences. You may not even be aware of the reasons you feel the way you do. Regardless, as difficult as it may seem, it is absolutely possible, with the right support, to make peace with the past and move forwards in a more positive and enjoyable way.
These experiences may range from something obvious and serious to something so irrelevant that you don’t even realise the impact it is having… If you are struggling with life but are unsure why or find yourself reacting to things in a way that is not helpful to you, it may be that there is an underlying subconscious reason, that you are consciously unaware of.
Through hypnotherapy it is possible to make sense of who we are and why we are the way we are, which in turn enables us to connect with ourselves and start to create the life we always wanted but never knew how to get or felt we deserved.
My mission is to encourage, inspire and motivate my clients to take back their power and have more control over their lives, enabling them to experience life in the way it was intended. Life is supposed to be meaningful, enjoyable and above all else fun. To some this may seem too much to ask but with time, patience and the right support we can all experience life in the way it was intended – it really is possible and it is my pleasure to be part of that journey.

A one off sessions of Hypnotherapy is £75 - a session will be 45-90 minutes depending on the work to be done.
For block sessions and integrated therapy using Coaching, EFT and Reiki, packages are tailored to the individual and priced accordingly.
