Do you have aspects of your life that aren't balanced? Too much anxiety or stress, habits that you seem to have no control over, repetitive behaviour or simply very little willpower to make things change?
You may have had your issues for a while and may have contemplated getting help - at the point where people actively seek help they will really reap the benefits of Therapy.
I am passionate about helping people through Hypnotherapy I am very much committed to my own ongoing personal change and self development. This has accelerated more recently through actively helping people to change areas of their lives. I have lost weight myself (3 stone) and have changed many aspects of my life. I enjoy most areas of my life now and it wasn't always so.
A great deal of this is about living in the moment and hand in hand with that , you can become strong and lose your fears.
When choosing a hypnotherapist I encourage you to call them. I cannot stress this strongly enough. You may need to pluck up the courage and may feel embarrassed about calling but we are helping people all the time and there is really no need to feel embarrassed. You need good rapport with any therapist in order for it to work well. I encourage all potential clients to call me for a chat about what they are trying to achieve. Some people believe that they won't respond to hypnosis or even believe that they can't be hypnotised. I have never found anyone that couldn't be hypnotised. I have found that people can be very surprised about the levels of relaxation they can achieve. Often people who claim that they can't relax can achieve very good levels of relaxation relatively easily. Learning to relax properly is one skill that everyone should acquire.
Before I became a hypnotherapist I probably had the same misapprehensions as most people about hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I discovered that it really is a form of altered consciousness and that stage hypnotism is very misleading and is completely different from hypnotherapy. You usually remember everything that the hypnotherapist talks about and it is a bit like a lucid daydream. Sometimes my own results have been dramatic but most of all I enjoy seeing people change for themselves and to see the pure joy on their faces after successful therapy is immensely rewarding.
There have been enough personal challenges in my life to be attuned to a great many of my clients.
I encourage people to visit my website which is in a constant state of development . There are at least 30 reviews and this is growing all the time. ollin.co.uk/reviews/
Most of all call or email me to discuss how I might help you.

I have had life experiences that help me attune to my clients and I believe this makes me a better therapist. I have also personally experienced CBT, Person centred, and bereavement counselling.

I am particularly attuned to the complexities of Mid life issues. Anxiety, Depression, Change management, grief, relationship issues and pain management.
I also combine some life coaching exercises with Hypnotherapy. I have considerable experience of training and coaching. I can also employ Non Hypnotic techniques such as NLP and EFT.
I have a son (23) and have used hypnotherapy with all ages - children and adults.
Whatever ideas you have then please call me to discuss them. If I don't think seeing me is the right course for you I will certainly tell you.
A session generally lasts about an hour with half an hour added for discussion and consultation. Please therefore allow a full hour and a half (90 minutes) I do not like to rush the session - it should be very relaxed.
Most sessions are currently £55 with concessions for pre-booking multiple sessions ( - see below) available via my web site and selected press, Facebook or other Internet offers. I do not promote very often and most customers will pay the full price - i.e £55 (One hour hypnosis and approx 30 minutes chat before and after)
