I get it - you feel stuck. You want to take control, move forward, get on with life, but you don't know how. I've worked with many people who came to me feeling as you feel now, and I also have at least some understanding of your frustration and distress because I've had personal experience of quite a few of the challenges my clients are facing. I know it's possible to overcome difficulties and bring about positive change using the power of the mind, and I would love to help you do the same.
The first step is to arrange a telephone consultation for you to tell me about yourself and your situation and help us both begin to focus in on the way forward. The consultation normally takes between 30 and 45 minutes and is completely free of charge and without obligation.
Going on from there, we'd meet for as many one-hour sessions as you need to get you to where you want to be. These would be about a week apart initially, with longer gaps between them once you'd begun to notice improvements. Some people experience amazing transformations in just a couple of sessions, but most need about four. This applies to anything other than smoking cessation, which is usually a single session, and the IBS programme, which consists of six.
Although I use hypnotherapy for most of the work I do, I also take elements from a number of other approaches to use alongside or sometimes instead of this, so the form the therapy took would depend on what would be appropriate for you and/or your problem at that particular stage. The therapy would 'evolve' as you do, because I'd be listening to and acting upon your feedback every step of the way.
And along the way, I'd leave practically no stone unturned to help you break the 'negative trance-state' you're in, identify what you do want rather than what you don't, explore and challenge any limiting beliefs about yourself and/or your situation, and believe, perhaps for the first time ever, that you're much more in control than you thought you were.
To arrange a free, no-obligation telephone consultation or simply have a confidential chat to find out more and help you decide whether I and what I offer feel 'right' for you, please call me on 07989 684671. You can also contact me by clicking on 'Email me' above.
I look forward to hearing from you.
