Welcome......I am a warm and non-judgemental, qualified hypnotherapist and I would like to help you to break free from negative thoughts or patterns of behaviour so that you can fulfil your potential. I believe that each individual is different and so I tailor all sessions to you personally.
I think hypnotherapy can help all age groups, from young children and teenagers just finding their way, through to those prior to retirement age, who may have lived with an issue for some time.
With additional information required, I am happy to provide hypnotherapy if you have epilepsy, NOT as an epilepsy treatment but on the same level and the same areas as anyone else (please see information for starred conditions below).
I also use Hypnotherapy for some Counselling clients as I have found it can enhance the Counselling experience.
I offer a free 30 min initial consultation which gives you the opportunity to ask any questions. It is also important for us to relate well to each other so we can both decide at this stage whether we wish to proceed.
