About me
About Holly…
I am qualified in Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I specialize in working with Addiction (smoking, drugs, alcohol, food, gambling, sex, social media), Depression and Anxiety.
I am a member of the National Society of Talking Therapies and have trained under a United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) accredited training provider.
My employment background is in the voluntary and public sector working with adults needing help for alcohol and drug problems. I have worked with local Drug services, mental health teams and Homelessness projects across the North West and London for over 18 years. I have extensive experience working with people who have experienced trauma in their life and wanting to break the cycle.
I enjoy working with a range of clients and feel my work background gives me a unique perspective into my psycho-therapeutic practice.
Qualifications:
Post Graduate Diploma in Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Counselling and Motivational Interviewing.

Through a combination of Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Psychotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, I will work with you to ensure that we get the best possible outcome in the most effective way for you.
I offer a friendly and confidential service. I believe strongly that we all have a capacity to achieve our goals and are able to overcome issues and obstacles that have arisen recently or been with us since childhood.
I work face to face, online and over the telephone so whichever medium is best for you. I can be there.
