I'm Hilary Crundwell and with Cognitive Hypnotherapy I would like to teach you to feel good about yourself. Cognitive Hypnotherapy draws on techniques from NLP, (Neuro-linguistic programming) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,(CBT) Positive Psychology and Gesthalt to create a unique and highly individual treatment to help with any of the following:

£70.00 per session. Discounted packages available for smoking cessation and weight loss.
You will need to allow at least 90 minutes for your first treatment as this will include an history take.
