Blending my skills as a solution focused psychotherapist, coach and hypnotherapist, I believe that I have something truly special to offer you.
I'll use my skills to help you resolve painful memories, emotional conflicts, traumas, phobias and old belief patterns that have become a barrier to you living the life that you want. I am trained in methods that quickly resolve that problem and help you to align with your own skills and resources to create the change you want. My methods change lives and they'll change yours for the better too.
I work with a diverse range of clients who have achieved complete freedom from anxiety, confidence issues, additions and life-long phobias following their sessions with me. My solution-focused approach will enable me to identify the root-cause of the issue and explain this to you, suggesting in a simple way how we resolve it.
Every session is tailored to how you’re feeling at the time that we meet. To get the most out of the session, I will always base the blend of what I offer based on where you are at.
My motivation for working with you is to see you walk away noticing how much lighter and happier you feel after achieving the change you desire.

Before booking your sessions I always recommend a free, no obligation 20-30 minute phone consultation to ensure that you feel I am the right person for you.
I charge £50 for our first session which is 90 minutes, £40 for 60 minute subsequent sessions.
