I am an Integrative Hypnotherapist & NLP Practitioner providing a unique, confidential, professional and effective service, principally within West Cumbria.
I work with most general issues for which hypnotherapy is effective and specialise in working with clients presenting with mild to moderate cases of lack of self-confidence/esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/bereavement and educational or learning difficulties. I work with children, individuals, couples, families and groups.
I provide workshops/courses to both the public and private sectors.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified professional Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Training provider registered with the GHR, SNLP, CNHC and GTC.
I have 5 years experience in Pathology within the NHS and 25 years experience working within the Secondary and Adult Education sectors.
I hold a current enhanced CRB check.
I am fully insured for public & professional liability and maintain the highest standards of ethical professional practice conforming to the published codes of ethics of the GHR, CNHC, SNLP & BACP.
Continued professional development is of paramount importance to my practice, particularly within the fields of clinical hypnotherapy and neuroscience. I keep abreast of the latest developments through professional journals, research and completion of appropriate CPD courses.

Initial Assessment, Profiling & Treatment Plan (1.5hrs) - £60.00
Individual Therapy (1hr session) - £40.00
Couple/Family Therapy (1hr session) - £50.00
Concessionary rates are available for students or clients on state benefits.
Fees for referrals from NHS, other external agencies and/or corporate bodies are available upon request and are determined on a case by case requirement.
