I am a fully qualified and practised Hypnotherapist who believes we often face many difficulties and challenges while traveling down the road of our lives, some people believe the traditional misconception that they have to deal with them alone. Today there is more understanding and we now know the position of power that is gained when we find the help we need.
My aim is to help people to face those challenges and difficulties to empower them with knowledge. With your trust I aim to guide you and your subconscious when you need that extra bit of help and support, I can provide the help you need to achieve a more fulfilling and successful experience of life.
During my training with chrysalis courses where i gained my certificate in hypnotherapy, I learned how our subconscious directly and forcibly controls both the physical and emotional aspects of our body. Its job or goal is to protect us from harm, because of this responsibility it has a strong hold over us and makes decisions for us about everything we are going to do or even currently doing.
When we think about breathing, the subconscious instructs our body to do this and we don't question how it happens just grateful that it does, but it is also responsible for the feeling of dizziness when we walk up to a window on the first floor, we don't associate this sensation with the subconscious and it's job of protecting us.
We may be aware of the potential to cause damage to us because of the height, however our conscious mind rationalises that the window will be a safeguard. Unfortunately the subconscious fails to realise this and causes a physical reaction to restrict or stop our actions.
The subconscious finds it hard to distinguish real threats it will quite often rely on the same actions that worked to protect us previously, in extreme circumstances when this happens people struggle with life, by using hypnosis I can directly influence your subconscious giving greater understanding of any given situation by using positive suggestions.
My hypnotherapy provides a way to teach you of your ability:-

and squash any anxiety,

banish those bad habits that hinder your life like smoking or gambling.
