I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Relationship Coach based in Hackney, East London. I love to help my clients letting go of their own limitations and negative beliefs and by doing that help them become the best possible version of themselves.

The way I work with my clients
I offer you a completely personalised and bespoke therapy which will be tailored to your needs and work with your unique way of thinking and the model of how you are experiencing the world around you. To achieve lasting changes you will need 3-6 sessions depending on the problem you are dealing with. These sessions will be supported with a personalised download which I will make just for you based on your thinking patters, model of the world and solution state. I will support you through your journey every step on the way towards your better self to achieve what you could not imagine to be possible before!
My absolute goal is to make people's life better using different techniques and tools which I know will work for them. My clients find the ongoing support and guidance I offer throughout my sessions extremely helpful when I work with my coaching modules. I am a trained Life and Relationship Coach. I can help my clients with their career, personal life, finding ways to achieve happiness and fulfilment by aligning their goals to their values and Identities. Relationship coaching for singles and couples
Being happy with your life could take you to a much higher level of being happy with somebody else in a relationship. Relationships could be mysterious if you are not clear on who you are and what you want in your life. If you remember back to your old relationships, when were you really ecstatically happy? It usually falls within the first couple of months of the relationships. So you can ask yourself now, is that all?
Is real happiness last only a few weeks or months and than we loose it all?
No, it does not have to be like that. Having a happy and fulfilling relationship takes effort, dedication and real communication. These pillars are not easy to maintain with our busy lifestyle. We need to care for and support and love our partners how we used to do at the beginning. We have to keep the relationship plant alive by watering it with care, attention and love. It is not something what you will learn in school or copy from your parents because everybody wants to be loved on a different way. Some people feel loved by spending quality time with their partner or go out for dinners, do romantic things or maybe they feel loved by getting presents. While others much more value respect, good timing for discussion or just a simple cup of coffee in bed in the morning. It's a huge area to cover just in few lines.

"I sought Gabi's help for fear of flying. Over the last few years things that didn't worry me at all (like flying or horse riding) started to make me nervous and year after year got worse. I was desperate to try anything, even though I was - I admit - very sceptic of hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is expensive too and I almost backed out had it not been for a push from my, then fiance, now husband, who encouraged me to try it and I'm glad I did.
Hypnotherapy is not a gimmick and Gabi isn't Houdini. Gabi is a really good talk-therapist who gave me several 'aha!' revelation moments during our talks. She does what any therapist does, make her client find his/her own solutions or revelations by asking them a series of questions. She adds to that with visual aid where I associate thoughts with images. That I felt really helped. Gabi made me recordings to listen to every night and in the morning. I guess jamming an idea into your head day and night every day works!
Before Gabi: On my last flight before Gabi, my stomach cramps and I got mild nausea nearly 24 hours before the flight. I felt the tension in my back, shoulders and stomach. I was a bundle of nerves until I landed and I couldn't watch a film or eat. The same applies to horses. Over the last few years I became too scared to get on a horse but I force myself. Even when I ease up, on a horse I had gotten used to, I'd still gasp and pull the reigns as soon as my horse does anything sudden. I feel nervous walking to the stables and relieved when I leave, like someone who just went to the dentist to pull out a tooth. I love horses so I keep forcing myself to go.
After Gabi: I didn't think about the flight at all. I was busy packing, then buying gifts for friends. Then I realised at the airport that I was too busy to eat all morning. So I went to the food court near my terminal and ate with an appetite. I didn't think about my flight. I was relaxed overall and didn't even realise the change in me until I sat on the jet and buckled my seat beat and thought huh! I still gripped the arms of my seat when turbulences happened but I was still able to snack, doze off and relax a little.
The few rides I had after hypnotherapy were surprising. My nerves eased up. This was not because I had gotten used to riding. I actually eased up. I hadn't been on a horse in nearly 2 months. I did something stupid and that is to hop on a horse before my health insurance in the US was activated - I just moved here a month ago. The horse I was given is used to being ridden with really long reigns when she gallops because of her being ridden in a 'western' style (this is very different from riding in the UK where you hold the reigns short and are able to pull them to slow a horse down). So I felt like I was riding a horse with no breaks to stop and I had no health insurance. Optimal setting for my nervous worst-case-scenario mind. I still held back a little but my wild side kicked in and we went for a little gallop and it was amazing.
Long story short, talking to Gabi certainly helped. "
