I made the decision to go into Hypnotherapy a few years ago when it became very clear to me, that as a society we were struggling to cope with the stresses of everyday life. I felt I was the person who had the skills to be able to help people overcome the obstacles that life brings them today.
Hypnotherapy for a lot of people conjures up an image of someone running around a stage like a chicken, or an image of Matt Lucus and " Look into my eyes, not around them" and immediately fear kicks in and the thought of not being in control and being made to look stupid, puts them off the idea altogether.
When actually Hypnotherapy is far from this image we see and is one of the most powerful alternative therapies out there, one that should you feel ready to try, can change your life forever.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling
I am a member of the Hypnotherapy Society and Counselling Society.
I am also continuing with my personal development by studying for a qualification in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
And have also gained a certificate in Mindfulness and CBT.
I have experience in dealing with people who have had issues with stress, anxiety, fears, phobias and other social anxieties, and when working on these areas of therapy I also work on building self confidence and self esteem.

- Session charges are approximately 60-75 minutes and cost £50
- Smoking therapy can be from 90-120 minutes £120.
During July, August and September, I will be offering a summer well-being package, this will address how we deal with Stress and Anxiety in our lives, and look at how we can take back control, so we don't miss out on enjoyable summer events.
I will be offering a free initial consultation, followed by 3 x 45 minute sessions where I will use hypnotherapy, but also will incorporate Mindfulness and CBT to enable you to understand how using these techniques can help you to start to take control back of your life.

It will not be long before the adverts start from the NHS for Stoptober, so start to think about quitting smoking in OCTOBER!
If you quit smoking for 28 days you are five times more likely to quit for good!
For October only I have a special offer on my smoking therapy this one off session which lasts between 90-120 mins will be at the special offer rate of £75.
So start thinking about it now and book your appointment for October, so that you can avoid those cold winter nights standing out in the cold, while your friends sit at the bar in the warm!!
When working with clients it is very important to me, that each client understands that I will only work with you if I feel that hypnotherapy is the right therapy for you. For me as a therapist all I want is for you to be able to achieve your goal whatever that is. This is why I will create a therapy plan to suit your needs so that together we can move forward and you can start to enjoy the quality of life you deserve.
After you initially contact me, and after I have gained some information about you and the issues you are having within your life, we will then book a free initial consultation where we will discuss things further and decided on the therapy that is going to be best for you. This also gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and will give you an idea on how long your therapy may take and what you can expect from your therapy sessions.
Once all the information has been obtained you will have the opportunity to think about the therapy and whether you wish to move forward, it has to be right for you, there will be no pressure to book appointments, and it is important that you know I will be here when you are ready to make that journey.
Once you have made the decision to move forward, we can then book your first appointment.
