About me

What to expect

" I learnt how to TRANSITION from an unhappy brain to a happy brain "
                                                                      -MR

I provide a professional, experienced qualified approach. I am committed to excellence, and I offer sessions in a beautiful, healing environment.

Your sessions will comprise a combination of Talking Therapy techniques. As a specialist in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy the emphasis will be on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems.

It is advisable that you commit to 8 sessions to allow for real progress to be made. There is a structure to my sessions, and a session planner will be provided - this enables you to move forward and to understand what is expected of you.

We will discuss the changes you want to make and the steps you can take to complete your goals so that you arrive at your “preferred future”. I will explain how the process works and dispel any myths.

The initial consultation will involve discussion of your goals and how these may be achieved.  An explanation of how the brain works, its effect on behaviour and decision-making will be given. Your sessions will be supplemented with a complimentary CD, this will support your therapy between sessions.

I provide a friendly and professional approach designed to inspire, improve and alter thinking patterns, behaviour styles and feelings, so that you can make sustainable changes.

Hypnotherapy is used to:-

  • Increase confidence
  • Increase motivation
  • Learn how to control anxiety
  • Increase memory and concentration
  • Encourage an individual to refocus on making posstive change
  • Overcome fear of failure
  • Learn how to relax
  • Become content
