Profile

I'm a professionally qualified and insured Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based in the Chelmsford area. 

I have been trained in four different therapy types (Hypnosis, CBT, NLP and counseling skills) which I use to complement each other during therapy sessions and are tailored to my clients needs.

I am interested in all area's of therapy and especially weight loss and eating disorders.  My experience in this area gives me a wealth of knowledge to draw on and help clients overcome the physical as well and mental symptoms.
