I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist with the National Hypnotherapy Society as well as a Health & Lifestyle Coach with the C.H.E.K Institute, a trained Mindfulness Coach with Youth Mindfulness and owner of Sunlight Mind coaching. This one-off 90 minute session program deals directly with all the reasons you started smoking in the first place, followed by education and finally the release of the old habit through an effective re-programming of the sub-conscious. You can then leave free of the restraint that smoking used to put upon you.
6 Week Health & Lifestyle Program: £200
Week 1: Self Hypnosis for a Positive Mindset
This week starts with some group Hypnotherapy to provide a great starting point for the 6-week program and beyond, as well as Self-Hypnosis scripts you can use yourself and accompanying MP3's to develop self-confidence and a positive mindset. I will also perform Chakra healing meditations and movements for the Root chakra which can help with mental lethargy, restlessness and any skeletal issues that you may be experiencing.
Week 2: Hypnotherapy for Emotional Balance
We move onto hypnotherapy to help reduce any stress and anxiety you may be feeling, as well as pain management techniques and scripts, which can also help lower any mental stress. The mindful movements and healing meditations focus on the Sacral chakra which can also help with emotional balance and any issues such as lower back pain.
Week 3: Cleanse, Detox and Healthy Living
We start with a cleansing program over the next 9 days to remove toxins from the body. You will also be provided with a full Health analysis based on an initial questionaire provided at the start of the program and given advice on the foundation principles for healthy living. The Solar Plexus Chakra healing accompanies this week to help with any digestive issues, bloating, chronic fatigue and any feelings of low self-esteem.
Week 4: Heartfulness & Growing Healthy Attitudes
The 2nd half of the 6-week program focuses on Mindfulness and this week we will be looking at acceptance, patience, curiosity, letting go and nurturing kindness. We will also look at tackling unhelpful attitudes and this weeks meditation will be on the Heart Chakra which helps with love, relationships and any breathing or circulation issues.
Week 5: Relaxing the Body & Calming The Mind
Here you will discover how to truly get in touch with your body, boost your immune system, reducing pain as well as listening to your thoughts, enabling you to make better decisions, have more clarity and creating an attentive mind. This week's Chakra healing is on the Throat Chakra and can help with communication, blocked creativity and any mouth, throat or ear problems.
Week 6: Discovering Greater Happiness
In the last week we look at formal meditation practices but also exploring ideas about wellbeing and challenging assumptions about happiness. We look at how you can use your personal strengths mindfully, savoring the moment and generating positive emotions. The final Chakra healing(s) focus on the Third Eye and Crown chakras which can help with headaches, exhaustion, confusion or obsessional thinking.
By the end of the 6-weeks you should feel healthier and more balanced in both mind and body. You will also have a set of tools you can use from both hypnotherapy and mindfulness that you can call on any time in your life. After the 6-weeks you will also receive a complimentary 1-2-1 Hypnotherapy or Coaching session with me to focus on any particular areas that cropped up for you over the 6-weeks.
