About me
With my 20 years experience as a hypnotherapist help is just a phone call away. We can talk about your concerns over the phone. It is a safe effective therapy that can help with many problems including overcoming anxiety, panic attacks, weight loss, gaining confidence, giving up smoking, alcohol problems, relationship problems, depression and sleep problems. I find it extremely rewarding to treat clients and see them overcome their difficulties and to feel better.
My practice is in Alexandra Road, close to the London Road. I will always do my best to find a suitable time for you. I am available during the week and some evenings. The therapy takes place in a comfortable peaceful room.
All clients are seen in private and in strict confidence.
My aim is to help you reach your goals and/or overcome fears, phobias, addictions etc. Sometimes, just one session is enough to make the changes you need to improve your life.
I am a fully qualified Practitioner of Clinical Hypnotherapy with extensive experience having treated well over 3000 clients. I gained my diploma at Imperial college with the LCCH in 2004
