I am a well qualified hypnotherapist having completed hypnotherapy training at two  universities. I offer professional, confidential hypnotherapy tailored to your individual needs.

Hypnotherapy can be very effective at bringing about positive change, helping people to overcome long standing problems and difficulties. It can also be relaxing and enjoyable, and can be used to reduce levels of stress and anxiety. You can rest assured that you will remain fully in control throughout the experience.
