Christine Taber HPD, DSFH
I offer Solution Focused Hypnotherapy in the beautiful Bourton-on-the-Water.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (as the name suggests!) focuses on the future and what your preferred future may look like. We don't go over past - possibly traumatic experiences and instead focus on the positives and how you can move forward to achieve your goals. So if you suffer from stress related disorders, anxiety, phobias (including fear of flying, public speaking etc) or would like to be more confident in general, give up smoking or would just like to relax a little - hypnotherapy could help. This list is by no means exhaustive - if you have a problem, hypnotherapy can probably help!
Please do not hesitate to contact me to talk through how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy could help you.
