Hello and thanks for reading my profile page.
My name is Vanessa and I run a well established and highly successful clinical hypnotherapy practice based in Ingestre, Staffordshire - close to Stafford, Lichfield, Stone, Uttoxeter and Cannock.
You're probably reading this because there is something about your life that you would like to change or improve.
Hypnotherapy may well help you to do that.
Whether it be anxiety, depression, stress, weight loss, smoking cessation, enhanced sports performance or a phobia for example, hypnotherapy uses a combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis to help you to become the person you want to be.
I specialise in future orientated Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. It recognises that there is no need to analyse problems of the past and the whole session is a very positive, relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Most of my clients call me first to discuss if hypnotherapy will realistically help them to achieve their personal goals.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Registered Hypnotherapist within the General Hypnotherapy Register and hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
I am also a certified Master Practitioner of NLP and a certified NLP Life Coach.
Additionally, I participate in regular professional training updates to ensure that my clients achieve the highest levels of success.
Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Free initial telephone consultation.
Individual sessions are £70.
Three sessions are £180.
The recommended number of sessions is normally determined at the first appointment.
Evening and weekend appointments are available.
Corporate hypnotherapy fees are by arrangement.
When I work
I appreciate that evening and weekend appointments are more convenient to many people and these can normally be arranged.
