About me

I empower you to take back control from the exhaustion of stress and anxiety, to build your confidence and self esteem and discover the best version of you!

Using my training in Neuroscience, Hypnotherapy and coaching I will guide you to unlock the power of your brain and go from surviving life to thriving in life!

I use a clinically proven Solution Focused approach to help with a wide range of mental and physical health related issues, including stress, anxiety and overwhelm, fears and phobias, depression and panic attacks, confidence and self-esteem, focus and motivation. Due to my own personal experiences I have also chosen to specialise in some key areas including anxiety,  neurodiversity, work related stress, confidence and motivation.

Having lived so much of my life through the lens of anxiety it is my mission to help others to be their best! My fear of not being good enough drove me to work harder and harder to the point of physical burn out and a diagnosis of M.E. It was on my journey to recovery that I learnt a different way to live my life, free of anxiety, stress and overwhelm. So I know what it takes to wrestle back that control, to build your confidence and move forward in to your best life!

I qualified from the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training School (CPHT) in 2013, one of the leading schools in the UK, and am qualified at HPD level. I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy the UK’s leading not-for-profit professional association as well as the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and the Complementary and Natural Health Care Council.

Testimonials from my clients:

"I don’t think there is anyone who wouldn’t benefit in some way or another from seeing Caroline! She has helped me to regain my self confidence and enthusiasm for life which had been gradually worn away through life’s daily trials. I have become more organised and have realised that negative beliefs are only beliefs which can be changed if you really want to change them.

Caroline has erased years of worry which had built up in my subconscious mind which was then impacting on my physical ability to
do things I want to do.

Caroline is a fabulous hypnotherapist whose professional, caring, insightful approach allows her to help you get to the crux of your issues and overcome them."

Sarah, Cambridgeshire

"Well where to begin? Get Better, Cope Better, Be better. I needed all these things. After a tough couple of years with layer upon layer of change, challenge, disappointments and grief I needed to do something for me. While I count myself as pretty resilient my confidence and optimism had taken quite a knock. I wanted to feel freer, lighter in every sense of the word. I felt stuck. This was all hidden and would be a surprise to most people. I was still achieving all sorts of things and successfully coaching others but I wasn't walking my talk. Caroline helped me to come unstuck. To reach what was in me all along. To realise that I get to choose. I have the answers inside me. That there are endless opportunities and possibilities if I set the right intentions, make the right choices for me. I am feeling more confident, alive with ideas and ready to face whatever comes my way. This has been an absolutely liberating experience. For any doubters out there have a free chat with Caroline to see what you think. You won't regret it. 5 minutes in I just knew that Caroline could help me and started to feel better before my first real consultation. If you're looking for some real life magic - from within then don't hesitate!"

Ceri, Online Hypnotherapy

"After years of pain & uncertainty due to Fibromyalgia, I met Caroline as she was working with my employer on stress reducing techniques. I have since had several sessions over the last few months, my background pain is virtually gone, I sleep better and am more positive than ever. If you are suffering with anxiety, phobias or chronic illness, i couldn't recommend Caroline highly enough."
