Freedom From Restrictive Habits
You can achieve outstanding results when you want to feel better and relegate problem habits to your past. I offer my Kick A Habit TM tailored approach as an effective practical way to upskill your self management, drop your problem habits and develop a great habit of feeling better, persistently.
This effective and evidence based approach embraces aspects of Training, Coaching, Information Exchange and Therapeutic Techniques including hypnosis as appropriate and offers you an empowering solution tailored to embrace your personal strengths, upgrade your coping strategies and play to your preferred learning styles.
I developed the Kick a Habit (TM) approach to add effective efficiency to the process of successful habit change after many years of working in business, talent development and as a therapist. Not all change techniques are effective for all people and I wanted to eliminate time and effort wasting from habit change as far as possible. Often the smallest of actions over time can achieve great results faster than you might expect. A regular counsellor or good friend may listen well and often be just what you need, but when you want to be guided through a swift effective and practical route to feeling better, I can help you.
Many clients want to drop a habit of anxiety of various kinds. Some want to drop the habitual way they cope with stress, such as a problem drinking habit, smoking, vaping, eating or body disorders.
I enjoy empowering people. You can Kick a Habit tm , feel better and more in control of how you feel and react to the world around you. Helping people to put their Anxiety and Panic in the past for example and enjoy a calmer, more courageous daily life is very satisfying. Reversing a cycle of addiction or shifting its focus towards something better can be easier than you might think.
Not all solutions can be found in an instant, but change and improvement can begin from the moment that you decide that you want that improvement more than you want your problem and some problems can dissolve remarkably quickly. It’s like a seesaw, when the desire to change things is bigger than the desire to keep things how they are, the seesaw tips, people take action and solutions are found.
Using the Kick A Habit tm approach you can build your motivation to take appropriate action, learn to trust more fully in yourself and your capabilities to feel better, meet emotional needs more appropriately, dispense with related past issues, and build your confidence to become the freshly, improved you with habits and beliefs that work in your favour. I will be pleased to guide you through.
This approach, supports your potential and ability to make positive changes in your life, for good.
Many specific issues have a combination of causes, when appropriate we can examine those causes, but your focus remains on how you would like to be rather than how you got to where you are now.
I look forward to working with you, begin your journey and contact me now for your consultation, Warm Regards, Caroline.
