Welcome to my profile. I am a well qualified, widely experienced local integrative therapist who will help you to draw on a wealth of inner resources, to fully achieve your desired outcome through hypnotherapy - or any appropriate combination of counselling, clinical psychotherapy and hypnosis. 


Whatever behaviour, problem, situation or emotional upset you wish to resolve or get a better understanding of, we discuss together in this attentive therapeutic setting. All experiences are listened to with respect and with a view to deliver the most effective protocol and outcome for you. Your individually formulated plan to move forward with is then prepared especially, and discussed to fully meet your specific needs.

Brief Strategic Therapy, (average 3 session hypnosis protocol) can generally achieve the changes you have decided it is time to make to enable you to move forward with new insights, energy, confidence and positivity. I also offer Advanced skills that can bring immediate relief from the stress, anxiety or panic that often drives the behaviours and habits we long to be free of.

I am a fully insured therapist and hold an Enhanced CRB Certificate.
In practising integrative therapy, I draw upon knowledge and skills from evidence-based practice in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, (CBT), Transactional Analysis, (TA), Gestalt and Psychodynamic traditions with an unconditional, empathetic, client-centred way of working with you. Psychodynamic work - relationships and experiences from the past are often associated with the present problem or patterns you hope to re-evaluate and bring changes to.
 Some life-styles create pressure upon us from others and sometimes it is difficult to find or reclaim who we really are, or to make decisions which are in our own best interests.
