What to expect

Hypno-Psychotherapy is a powerful tool why?

Unlike many other practices which offer standalone hypnotherapy, Verinder Therapy uses both hypnotherapy and psychotherapy together to treat a range of complex emotional, psychological and physical disorders and conditions. Hypno-psychotherapy can be applied to modify a client's behaviour, attitudes and emotions, as well as manage pain, anxiety, stress-related illnesses, and dysfunctional habits, promoting personal development.

The uses of Hypno-psychotherapy

Hypno-psychotherapy is used to treat a wide range of psychological problems including, anxiety, difficulties relating from mental and pyhsical abuse, PTSD, social difficulties, exam nerves, phobias, panic attacks, depression, stress and habits (smoking, over-eating). The human body is so clever at setting up avoidance and safety strategies to protect us, fooling ourselves into thinking we have mastered the problem. These issues can continue to manifest themselves physically and present themselves in different forms, including chronic pain, stomach/digestives issues, back pain, heart palpitations resulting in different areas of the body being triggered when we are struggling to cope.

Hypno-psychotherapy is also widely used for enhancing sporting performance, creativity, memory and concentration. If something is not listed above please still contact us to discuss.

Hypno-psychotherapy can be applied to modify a client's behaviour, attitudes and emotions, as well as manage pain, anxiety, stress-related illnesses, and dysfunctional habits, promoting personal development.
