My aim is to help my clients to achieve the positive change they want in their lives. I am using an indirect “Ericksonian” approach to Hypnotherapy which enables me to tailor each session individually to your needs as I believe every person is unique and should be treated that way.

as well as in my own home on Putney Hill SW15.
I am offering a free initial consultation over the phone, which can last around 30min.
- Single Session £75 (60min)
- Skype Session £60 (75min)
- 3 Session Package - £195 - follow up sessions will be £60 (if needed)
I also offer a Weight Management and Lifestyle Program
- Hypno4 Health - £300
This is a 3 Month weight management program, which will be customised to each person. This program includes 6 sessions during the first 3 Months and 2 follow up sessions if required, after the 3 month period.
Losing or gaining weight does not work for everyone in the same way as we are all different with unique needs. With hypnotherapy we can find better ways in meeting those needs and implement a new set of habits that can support you during this time of constructive change. Together, we will set realistic goals and work on the underlying beliefs about your body and your relationship to food whilst we work on a future vision. No-one knows better what is good for you than your inner guide and we utilise this knowledge to implement a new, healthy way of living.
