Offering help and support to people in a comfortable and confidential environment. Hypnotherapy sessions are an effective way of exploring and sorting out problems that may seem insurmountable at the moment. Therapy can be used for a range of things from anger management, depression and anxiety right through to weight loss, smoking cessation and relaxation. With several years of successful therapeutic experience to draw from I can help to bring a positive change in a short period of time.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists (NRHP). I work on an individual basis and also have my own company (Inspire Professional) working therapeutically with clients in industry.

Conveniently based at the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, The Wellness Centre is only 5 minutes walk from Birmingham city centre, easy to reach by public transport and with car parking close by.
