Ann Jaloba HPD, MNCH (Acc) Cert Hyp Sup, Dip.HPsych, Cert.SM, Dip.NLP
I have been named one of the UK’s top 10 hypnotherapists (as featured in The Huffington Post) and most of my new clients come to me through personal recommendation from people I have already helped. If you would like to see what they say, pop in to my website www.wellthought.co.uk.
So you can see I am successful, but you will want to know if I can I help you. Yes, I can and I will do so from the moment you phone me. You may be surprised when we have our first chat that I will suggest some things you can do straight away to help yourself; I don’t believe in wasting time, I will start work with you immediately. I believe you have the resources to change and I will show you how to do it. All I ask of you is that you are prepared to change.
This approach works. I see hundreds of clients every year and after working with me nearly all are on the path to a better life.
My success means I am also the hypnotherapist other hypnotherapists trust. As the editor of the National Council for Hypnotherapy's journal, nearly 2,000 other hypnotherapists read what I write. If you come to me you will get the benefit of that experience too as my client.
So, how will I work with you?
I trained in hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural techniques and Neuro Linguistic Programming, with the Academy of Clinical and Medical Hypnosis – one of the longest-established schools in the UK. I also offer life-coaching and mindfulness programmes. Until I have met you, I cannot tell you exactly the mix of techniques which will be right for you as your needs will be unique. But I can be pretty certain that a mix of these techniques will transform your thinking.
You probably want to know what will happen when you book a session with me. Well the first thing which might surprise you is that there is much more to modern hypnotherapy than just listening. I will actively engage you in changing your thinking and show you in practice how you can use the techniques I will show you to solve what is worrying you.
I offer all my sessions via Skype.
