I am a registered Sport and Performance Psychologist and specialise in the use of hypnosis to improve performance.
I have also developed a six-session protocol to help women prepare for and manage pregnancy and labour.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been registered with the UKCP since 2006 in the hypno-psychotherapy section. I was granted senior practitioner status by the General Hypnotherapy Register two years ago.
Also, I am a member of British Association of Sport and Exercise Science (BASES). I would invite prospective clients to visit the websites of these organisations in order to be aware of their stringent standards for membership and their ethical propriety.
