Profile

I am a Psychotherapist registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a senior registered Clinical Hypnotherapist on the  General Hypnotherapy Register (GHS). I am also a member of the British Association of Sports Science (BASES).

I also specialise in the treatment of anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder through the use of hypnosis, psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have worked for the last eight years in adult mental health settings.  

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have an Advanced Diploma in Contemporary Psychotherapy from the Beeleaf Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy , a Practitioner(Advanced) Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from London College of Clinical Hypnosis and an MSc in Sport and Performance Psychology from Brunel University. I am also a Master Practitioner in Neuro-LinguisticProgramming. 

I have been registered with the UKCP since 2006 in the hypno-psychotherapy section. I was granted senior practitioner status by the General Hypnotherapy Register this year and am an accredited member of the Community for Contemporary Psychotherapy (CCP).
Also, I am a member of British Association of Sport and Exercise Science (BASES). I would invite prospective clients to visit the websites of these organisations in order to be aware of  their stringent standards for membership and their ethical propriety.
