Andy Coates B.A, M.A, M.Ed. Dip. Cl. Hyp, Dip. CBT.
I have over 10 years’ experience of helping people overcome a wide range of issues and difficulties. They include alcoholic addictions, anxiety and depression, smoking cessation, weight loss and phobia cure. My work extends to helping people clarify values in a range of contexts including career, work, relationships and retirement.
I offer a free telephone consultation, so please contact me if you would like to discuss any concerns you may have. I am happy to visit client premises if required and offer presentations to larger groups if appropriate. I also manage a self-help group which brings together bereaved parties and people suffering from other forms of broken relationship(s).
My approach to helping you is based upon understanding the patterns of thinking and behaviour which underpin your current experience. Thereafter, through integrated use of hypnotherapeutic and cognitive techniques, your desired state is clarified and supported as move forward.
