I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner giving me the skills to help you make positive changes to your life.
Whether you want freedom from anxiety, phobia, post-traumatic stress disorder or lack of confidence for example, or be able to comfortably deliver in interviews, sit exams and driving tests or even perform or present in public, it’s easier than you might imagine.
Conscious thoughts and actions are deliberate and purposeful and represent our cognitive left brain thinking. Our unconscious mind generates 90% of our behaviours and can sometimes be the cause of negative feelings or emotions making us to feel anxious or lacking confidence and feeling like we are holding ourselves back.With Cognitive Hypnotherapy we can explore where unwanted behaviour patterns are coming from and make positive changes allowing you to move your life forward in a positive way.

I trained at the internationally recognised Quest Institute at Regents College in London whose training programme and qualification requirements are among the most rigorous in the country.
The Quest Institute was founded by Trevor Silvester who is an internationally recognised therapist, NLP trainer and author. His flexible and creative approach draws on techniques from NLP, Cognitive Therapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, EMI and the latest research form Evolutionary Psychology and Neuroscience.
Qualification is awarded upon successful completion of an externally validated Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma
