Hypnotherapy is a very powerful way of making positive, lasting changes to our minds and bodies.
I use Hypnotherapy as a form of complementary therapy that utilises the power of positive suggestion and brings about subconscious change to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I use personalised relaxation techniques to bring the subconscious part of your mind into a heightened state of awareness, which then allows me to make appropriate suggestions.
I use Hypnotherapy to help people with psychological, emotional and physical disorders, such as;

Essentially, I work to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to create and lead their ideal life, full of happiness and peace.
It is important for you to remember that we are not born with stress, anxiety, fears or addictions. We develop these disorders through our life experience and if we can learn them, we can definitely unlearn them!
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Counselling Skills (Dip Hyp CS) and am a qualified member of The National Hypnotherapy Society.
I am in regular supervision and have professional civil liability insurance.

|Face to face initial consultation – 60 minutes||£55|
|Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes||£65 per session|
I offer evening appointments between 7.00pm–8.00pm, and some Saturday mornings between 10.00am–1.00pm.
The number of sessions required will vary dependent upon the client and the nature of the issue.
Monday - Friday 7pm - 8pm Saturday - 10am-1pm
