About me

Cognitive Hypnotherapy

I have always loved serving people. When I discovered Cognitive Hypnotherapy, I knew that I had found a gentle, new way in which I could help people to overcome fears and anxious behaviours. Sometimes we just need to make small specific changes to help move past mental blocks. Over the years I have had the pleasure of helping many people to overcome their obstacles and reach their goals. Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern approach to hypnotherapy, which understands that, not only are we all different but that we all see and interact with our world in different ways. It holds at its core an holistic approach and understands that the client holds all the answers to their problems. I currently have three practices. My newest practice is in Windsor, at the renowned Arch Clinic with another in Chiswick, London and one in Lightwater, Surrey. I currently hold a full and enhanced DBS and am a member of the NCH, CNHC and QCHPA and as such, my clients and all the work we do together is held in the strickest of confidence in line with their current code of ethics and practice.

Creating change

We spend a lot of our time being habitual and most of this is done using our unconcious mind. Some are good habits and some, not so good. Creating a change in our behaviour is easier that you might imagine and can have a positive effect on our daily lives. If you are looking to make some changes in the way that you do things or to perhaps change certain behaviours and you are feeling like taking some steps towards that goal, then working together with me, might be just what you are looking for.

Personal growth

Working with me is really just an investment in yourself. Perhaps you are returning to work after illness or parental duties and you feel a lack of confidence? Maybe you have a phobia which is getting in the way of living a fuller life? Just having trouble sleeping? Whether your problem feels large or small is not important because what is important is your well being.
