My name is Ailsa Wright and I practice as a Clinical and Analytical Hypnotherapist as well as being a Thrive consultant.

I specialise in treating anxiety disorders using Pure Hypnoanalysis/clinical Hypnotherapy and/or the Thrive programme -these are not just coping strategies.... ways of helping you to live with your problems.....these are fast, gentle and extremely powerful therapies directed at finding the underlying cause of your symptoms and dealing with them FOR GOOD.

I realize that it can be quite daunting to trust your problems to a stranger. I can  assure you that you will be treated with respect, understanding and professionalism whatever your problem.
