Weight Loss Wonder

Hypnotherapy has a unique way of working with the unconscious processes of the body. The unconscious mind becomes your best friend, working as your ally - always on your side, enabling you to banish binges, enjoy you properly and be the weight you are meant to be.
Sounds far-fetched? Not at all. It is all to do with enabling access to the unconscious. If the unconscious is on your side, you can lose weight easily and become the optimum weight for your height and physical type. This is what the unconscious wants to happen for you, but we thwart its automatic healthy functioning unintentionally.
Stephen King, the world famous horror writer, understands the mind perfectly and he is able to summon up both its strengths and demons to powerful effect in his novels, many of which have now become films.
In one of his spine chilling stories (now a major film), he demonstrates how the power of the unconscious mind is used to achieve weight loss. The main protagonist is a heavy man desperate to lose weight. One day, while out on the road, he accidentally annoys a sinister character who mutters angrily to him something along the lines of, 'Be careful what you wish for'.
The strange encounter, like a fairy tale, at first seems benevolent. The man gets what he has always wished for. He is shedding the unwanted pounds without trying!
At first, all seems good. He is delighted to be slimmer, enjoys compliments, new clothes, fitness and better self-esteem.
His weight loss continues. Over time, he gets thinner and thinner, far thinner than he has ever wanted to be....he becomes emaciated and skeletal....no matter how much he eats, the pounds drop relentlessly away. He can no longer face the mirror...I think you can guess the ultimate ending.
Stephen King's story shows how the gypsy gained access to the man's unconscious processes and used its immense power to destructive ends.
I use hypnotherapy with my clients and access the power of the unconscious mind but in the right way. Then, it is your best friend, protector, saviour and not your worst enemy. You can become as slim, comfortable and healthy as you would like to be, without any dangers or problems at all.
Why wait? Outwit obesity with hypnotherapy once and for all.
