Tremors (Essential & Action)

Strange title as those of you who suffer from tremors will know there is nothing essential about them.

This article is not about attempting to explain what tremors are, as if you have them or know someone who has them, you know exactly what they are. This article aims to explore if hypnotherapy can help.

People are often desperate by the time they search for options and ask if a hypnotherapist can help. Many clients have been through all the medical tests, scans and medication, all to no avail. Nothing changed for them.

Although I cannot tell you what causes this debilitating issue, I do know that hypnotherapy can make a huge difference.

The mind works in mysterious ways and someway along life's path it decides to make you behave in this unusual way at a particular moment in time.

  • What was going on that moment?.
  • What was your trigger?
  • Were you in a stressful situation?
  • What was the traumatic event?
  • When did you first notice this?
  • Have you noticed any reaction like this in the past?
  • What would cause you to suddenly develop Tremors?
  • What has happened in your distant past that could cause this reaction?
  • Which part of your subconscious is responsible?

Lots of questions.

Hypnosis is a great way to understand what is causing your tremors.

It may be an event from your past that you perhaps have never thought of since it happened, however part of your subconscious mind remembers it well and at a moment in time when that part believes it should "take action", it does.

Once the cause is uncovered a skilled hypnotherapist will work diligently with your subconscious mind and facilitate the required change so you can make the necessary change and stop or control the tremors.

It is not easy to keep this simple, however I am confident that people reading this who suffer from tremors will understand what is said.

Research diligently for a hypnotherapist who has some experience of treating this issue.
