Quit smoking with hypnotherapy
Quitting smoking will take more than just willpower. This is because smoking is more than a physical addiction - it is a psychological one as well.
A study published in New Scientist Magazine examined the effectiveness of different methods to become a non-smoker. It concluded you are 60% more likely to become a non-smoker by using Hypnotherapy, only 10% with Nicotine Replacement Therapy, and only 6% with willpower alone. That means you are 10 times more likely to become a non smoker with Hypnotherapy than using will power alone.
Hypnotherapy can give you the confidence to really believe you CAN quit smoking. Using cognitive hypnotherapy you can change your thought patterns and behaviours about smoking. You can learn self help techniques like breathing and emotional freedom technique to help you deal with any urge to smoke you may experience from time to time. However, all the little habits that were formed in the act of smoking will be removed as well, improving your odds of quitting for good. Positive suggestions will be used to ensure things like weight gain will not become an issue going forward.
Quitting smoking with hypnotherapy is a quick and easy process. Only one session is usually needed, with a further three weeks of listening to a hypnotherapy recording to help embed the changes following the hypnotherapy session.
On average a 20 per day smoker will spend £2500 per year on cigarettes. Over a 10 year period that's £25,000! For the cost of hypnotherapy to quit smoking, imagine what you could do with that extra money? Not to mention all the added health benefits related to quitting.
